If you no longer wish to continue supporting a creator monthly, you can cancel your recurring support at any time. This article will walk you through the steps to cancel your monthly support.
Log in to your account using the email address associated with your monthly support.
Navigate to the "My Account" tab and then select "Payments” followed by “Monthly supports."
From the list of active monthly supports, click on "View details" for the monthly support you wish to cancel.
In the modal that appears, click on the "Cancel monthly support" link.
Now, another modal will appear, providing options for reasons for monthly support cancellation. Choose the appropriate reason from the list or specify your reason if it's not listed and click on "Cancel this monthly support".
