Get a detailed info on all the payments you have made on Buy Me a Coffee as a supporter with the Supporter dashboard.

Supporters are vital in propelling creators forward on their creative journey. And they have various ways to show their support. These include providing one-time contributions, subscribing to different membership levels, making additional purchases from the creator's shop, and commissioning personalized works.

To enhance the supporter experience, a "Supporter Dashboard" has been designed to offer a comprehensive overview of all their contributions and activities. In this article, we will take you through a step-by-step walkthrough of how to navigate this dashboard.

Accessing the Dashboard

Follow the steps below to see how you can access the dashboard.

  1. Once you become a supporter or member on Buy Me a Coffee, you can log in to your supporter account using the email ID associated with your payment by entering an OTP (One-Time Password) provided at the time of login.

  2. Now click on the hamburger menu located at the top right corner of the page and select "My Account" from the menu options.

  3. Next, click on the "Payments" tab in your account and you will be taken to the supporter dashboard, where you can see an overview of your contributions and activities.

Overview of Contributions

The first section you'll encounter on the dashboard is an overview of all your contributions and support activities. This includes a list of all the payments you have made as a supporter.


In the "Support" tab, you will find a list of the creators you have supported on Buy Me a Coffee. Each entry in this list contains the following details:

  • The name of the creator you supported and the date on which you provided the support.

  • The total amount you spent on the creator that is calculated based on the number of virtual coffees purchased.

  • And the message if you have sent one.

Each entry also has a menu option from where you could do the following

  • Download the invoice for your support.

  • Send a message if you haven’t sent one at the time of support.

  • Edit or delete a previously sent message.

  • And control the privacy settings of your support.


In the "Membership" tab, you will find two sections: "Active Memberships" and "Cancelled Memberships." Here's what you can expect in each section:

Active Memberships

In this section, you will find a comprehensive list of all the membership levels you are currently subscribed to. For each active membership entry, you can access the following details:

  • You can see the name of the creator whose membership you have subscribed to, along with their profile image.

  • The information about what you can expect from the membership, including any special benefits or perks. Additionally, you can view the membership's expiry date.

  • And the view details button, with which you can access further options like switching to a different membership level or canceling the current subscription if needed.

Canceled Memberships:

In this section, you can view a list of past membership levels that you were previously subscribed to but canceled later. Each entry in this list will offer the following options:

  • A Resubscription Button with which you can rejoin the membership level.

  • And a View Details Button which allows you to update your payment information, download the invoice for past subscriptions, and make changes to the membership level if you decide to resubscribe.


When you click on the "Shop" tab, you'll find a list of all the items you have purchased. Each entry in the list will include the following details:

  • A picture and the name of the purchased item.

  • Name of the creator whose shop you made the purchase from.

  • And the price and date of the purchase.

  • Alongside, there's a "View Content" button beside each entry where you have more options like

    • View a message left by the creator regarding the item or the purchase.

    • A link to download the invoice for your purchase.

    • An option to provide a rating for the shop item.

    • And a direct message button with which you can contact the creator if you have any questions or comments about the item.


Here, you'll find a comprehensive overview of all the commissions you have booked. Each entry in the list contains the following details:

  • The name or title of the commissioned work.

  • The name of the creator or artist who is responsible for fulfilling the commission.

  • The amount you paid for the commission and the date on which the payment was made.

  • A message button to send a direct message to the creator. It's a great way to communicate and discuss specific requirements or ask questions.

  • Requirements from the Creator that provides information about any specific instructions the creator may want to fulfill the commission.

  • And a View Details Button that contains information like a link to download the invoice, a breakdown of the payment, and a Message from the Creator if he or she has left one.
