It allows supporters to contribute every month, just like memberships, but without any expectations. It’s ideal for creators who want to provide a no-strings-attached way for supporters to back them consistently.
How does Monthly Support work?
With the Monthly Support option, turning a one-time contribution into ongoing support is as easy as supporters checking a box. Once they do, supporters can relax knowing their contribution will happen automatically each month - no need to remember to come back or make a new donation. It’s simple, stress-free, and keeps the support flowing.
By default, your supporters will see the option to make their one-time support a recurring one. From that moment onward, you’ll receive their monthly contributions without them needing to take any further steps.
Can I cancel a Monthly Support?
Yes, as a creator, you can cancel a supporter’s monthly contribution anytime. Here’s how:
Go to the Monthly Supporters list on the dashboard.
Search for the supporter’s email.
Click View Info and select Cancel Monthly Support.
This will stop future payments from that supporter.

It’s one of the easiest and most reliable ways to get ongoing support without offering perks or content like memberships require.
Even if someone wants to back you every month, they might forget to return to your page. Monthly support feature removes that friction.

Monthly Support is a recurring contribution to encourage your favorite creator. It’s not a membership, so expecting perks or rewards is not appropriate. If you’re looking for exclusive content or benefits, consider subscribing to a membership if the creator offers one.
You can cancel your Monthly Support anytime. However, please note that payments already made cannot be refunded. Cancellation will only stop future renewals.
