Buy Me a Coffee is a platform that allows creators to receive support from their fans and followers in various ways, including buying them a virtual cup of coffee, purchasing from their online shop, and commissioning them for a project.
In this article, we'll guide you through the different payment options available on Buy Me a Coffee, so you can support your favourite creators in the way that works best for you.
To support
Visit the homepage of your favourite creator.
Click on the Support tab to access the support options.
Choose the desired amount of "coffee" you wish to buy for them.
Once you've selected the desired amount, click on the support button to complete the transaction.
Your support will be sent to the creator to show your appreciation.

To become a member
Go to the homepage of the creator you wish to support and click on the Membership tab to access the membership options.
If you want to join, then click on the Join button.
Choose between two payment cycles: monthly or yearly.
Complete the necessary payment details.
Confirm your membership by following any additional prompts or instructions.
To make a purchase(Extras and Commissions)
You can purchase what your creators are selling through Extras and Commissions. Here are the steps to support your creator by making purchases.
How to purchase from Shops?
Click on the Extras or Shop tab on your creator's home page.
Choose the Shop Item you want to purchase and click on the “get this” button.
Then continue with the payment procedures.
How to make bookings through commissions?
Go to the commissions tab on the home page.
Choose the service you want and click on the “Book this” button.
Fill in the necessary details in the following modal and continue with the payment.
