Where is my Payout?

You can link your payment method on the Payout page. Check this guide for step-by-step instructions.

What is the expected duration for completing the payout?

The standard processing time will be 7 business days.

Why is my Payout delayed?

Here are the reasons why your payout is taking longer than expected:

  • You haven't connected a payment method.

  • Your account is under review.

  • You haven't submitted the requested proof for verification

  • The details you shared for verifying your page are insufficient.

My payout status shows paid out but I haven't received the payment.

If your payout isn't reflected on your bank account within 1 to 2 business days after the status changes to "paid out", it could be because the bank account details you shared to process your payment were incorrect. Please reconnect your bank account using the correct details and contact our support team to resend your payout.

Why was I asked to reconnect my payment method?

Our payments team will reach out to you in case there is an error processing your payout. This happens in cases where the payment method was not connected appropriately, you can simply try reconnecting your payment method or connect to a different account if the issue persists.

The withdraw button on my page is disabled?

Your page has to be successfully reviewed by our team before you can withdraw your first payout. Please make sure your page is complete so that we can quickly verify your page.

How long does it take to verify the details shared to process my payout?

Our moderation team will verify your proof within 48 hours, you will also be notified in case the details shared for verifying your page are insufficient.

Can I refund a payment that is being processed?

No, you won't be able to refund a payment that you have requested a payout for. If you still wish to refund the payment, please reach out to our support team and we will cancel your payout for you.
