How Membership Pause Works
When you pause your membership, you can choose a duration of 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. You will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, you will no longer be treated as an active member and access to membership-only content will be paused and you will not receive email notifications for new posts during this period.
Your membership will automatically resume at the end of the pause period and billing restarts from that date. You will also receive reminder emails during the pause with your membership details and the option to resume early.
Creators can view paused members from the Memberships section of their dashboard. Use the Filter option and select Paused to see a list of all members currently in a paused state.
Note: Pausing is a one-time option per creator membership. Once you have used the pause feature for a membership, you will not be able to pause that same membership again.
How to Pause Your Membership
Follow these steps to pause your membership:
Go to your My account → Payments → Memberships tab.
Click "View details" for the membership you want to pause.
Click Cancel membership.
A Pause Membership option will appear. Choose a pause duration: 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months.
Confirm your selection, a confirmation message will appear with your pause details.
Unpausing Your Membership
You can unpause your membership at any time during the pause period. Go to My account → Payments → Memberships and click on Unpause membership
If you unpause before the selected pause period ends, a new billing cycle begins immediately and that date becomes your new recurring billing date going forward.

Will I lose access immediately after pausing?
No. You will keep access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. Access is paused only after that.
Can I unpause my membership early and what happens to my billing?
Yes. You can resume at any time from My account → Payments → Memberships tab. If you unpause early, a new billing cycle starts immediately on that date.
Can I pause the same membership more than once?
