Giving your potential supporters a way to chat with you before they buy something from your Shop is a great idea. It helps build trust because they get to talk to you first and clears up any confusion, making sure everyone's on the same page. In this guide, we'll show you how to turn on this feature and how your supporters can get in touch with you.

Steps to Enable Messaging Feature in Your Shop:

  1. Navigate to your Shop page and access the settings.

  2. Find the "Enable Contact" section, switch the toggle to ON, and save the changes.

How Can Supporters Contact You?

  1. Supporters can find a contact icon at the bottom of your Shop page.

  2. By clicking on the contact icon, they'll be prompted to enter their email, name (optional), and their message.

  3. After filling out the form, they simply hit the send button to forward their message directly to your email inbox, where you can read and respond at your convenience.
