There may be times you need to refund a supporter or member, for example, if they request it or you spot a mistake. You can refund transactions made by your supporters and members directly from your dashboard. Before you do, keep two things in mind:
Your available balance must cover the amount you're refunding.
Once a payout has been processed, that transaction can no longer be refunded.
How to refund a supporter
Go to your dashboard.
From the left sidebar, click Supporters.
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the right side of the row for the supporter you want to refund.
Click Refund, and the refund will be processed.
How to refund a member
Go to your dashboard.
From the left sidebar, click Memberships.
Scroll down to Recent Transactions.
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the right side of the row for the member you want to refund.
Click View Info.
Scroll down to Payment History.
Click Refund on the specific transaction you want to reverse.
