You can easily do this from the Supporters or Memberships page. And the best part is, if you change your mind later, you can unblock them.

What happens when you block a supporter?
Blocked supporters cannot view your public page or posts, contact you, or support you.
If they are a member, their subscription is cancelled immediately and no further recurring payments are made.
If they were part of any membership giveaways, they lose access to those benefits.
How to block a supporter:
Go to your dashboard
From the left side panel, click Supporters
Under One-time, scroll to Recent transactions
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the right side of the supporter’s row
Click View info
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) again and select Block
How to block a member:
Go to your dashboard
From the left side panel, click Memberships
Under Members, scroll to Recent transactions
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the right side of the member’s row
Click View info
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) again and select Block
Unblocking
What happens when you unblock a supporter or member?
Unblocking restores their ability to view your page, contact you, and support you.
If they were a member, their subscription will remain cancelled. They will need to subscribe again to continue their membership.
How to unblock a supporter:
Go to your dashboard
From the left side panel, click Supporters
Under One-time, scroll to Recent transactions
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the right side of the supporter’s row
Click View info
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) again and select Unblock
How to unblock a member:
Go to your dashboard
From the left side panel, click Memberships
Under Members, scroll to Recent transactions
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the right side of the member’s row
Click View info
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) again and select Unblock
Frequently asked questions
What happens if I block a follower I am subscribed to?
Blocking a follower you are subscribed to does not affect your subscription benefits. You will still have access to all the perks. However, the blocked user will not be able to view your page, contact you, or support you.
What if a member is blocked right after subscribing?
If a member feels they were blocked after subscribing and did not receive the benefits they paid for, they can contact [email protected]. Our team can help connect them with the creator to resolve the issue or explore refund options.
Can I block someone who has not supported me yet?
Yes, you can block someone who is following you even if they have not supported you. However, you cannot block someone who is neither following nor supporting you.
