You can refund membership payments and renewals on your Buy Me a Coffee page. Refunds use your available PayPal/Stripe balance—this doesn’t include any pending balance. If your available balance doesn’t cover the amount of the refund you won't be able to proceed.

Note: Refunds are processed immediately and can’t be canceled.

Step 1:

Visit the members tab from your account dashboard.

Step 2:

Search and find the membership transaction using the member's email/name/ the transaction ID of the payment.

Step 3:

Click on the particular transaction, scroll down on the modal to find the transaction history.

Step 3:

Click on refund.

Note: For renewals, the refund option will only be available for the latest transaction.
