How long does it take for the support to reach my bank account?

The standard waiting period for RazorPay payments is 2 to 4 business days. Your payments will be transferred to your account within this period.

How can I track my RazorPay payments?

Login to your RazorPay account using the Invite link sent to your account email (from [email protected]) at the time of the account creation. Once you are in your RazorPay dashboard, go to the transactions tab to find all payments scheduled to be transferred to your bank account. In case you are denied access to your RazorPay dashboard, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll take care of that for you.

Why hasn't my support shown up on my account?

In an event that the amount was debited from the supporter's bank account and hasn't shown up on the creator's Buy Me a Coffee page, the payment could be considered failed. A faulty network connection mostly causes this kind of payment failure, and you can expect any amount debited to be automatically refunded to the payer's account in 2 to 5 business days.
